Returns & Cancellation

You may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.

Process 1. Email info@ukarara.com with order number and reason. 2. We send a return label or shipping instructions. 3. Refund is issued within 14 days after the product reaches our warehouse.

Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; otherwise, the return process applies.

Damaged/Missing Items Refuse damaged deliveries and request a delivery report from the carrier. Notify us within 7 days for issues found later.

Non-Returnable - Custom-made furniture - Hygiene items (mattresses, pillows once opened)
