Data Collected Name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, order history, IP address and site usage logs.

Purposes - Order processing, invoicing, shipment - Customer support and communications - Legal obligations (e-invoicing, archival) - Marketing communications (only with consent)

Transfers Your data is shared only with shipping carriers, payment processors, e-invoicing providers and our accountant strictly for service delivery.

Retention Order and invoice records are retained for 10 years per tax law; marketing consents until withdrawn.
