Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is governed by Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties SELLER: Ukarara Mobilya — info@ukarara.com BUYER: The consumer registered at order time.

2. Subject Sale and delivery of goods/services purchased online, with details set out in the order summary.

3. Delivery In-stock items ship within 1-10 business days; max 30 days. Shipping fees are stated at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without justification by emailing info@ukarara.com. Refunds are issued within 14 days.

5. Exceptions - Custom-made products - Hygiene-sensitive items

6. Payment By credit card or bank transfer. Order confirmed after collection.

7. Disputes Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
